About Each

People with disabilities need health care and health programs just as much as the average person—to stay active, happy, and proud of who they are. Healthy still has the same definition, regardless of the ability of the individual. Remember, we are not a person with a disability; we are just a person. Our disability does not define us unless we allow it to. We are enabled. I have designed many programs for you to fit your individual needs. Together, we can improve our diet, physical activity, and mindfulness.

PLEASE REMEMBER: If any of these workouts do not work for you, please feel free to contact me, and I will create custom workouts just for you and your disability.

LOW IMPACT EXERCISES

High impact workouts, jump squats, plyo lunges, and plank jacks have never worked to my advantage. I always have to stop mid-workout because I am in pain. Low impact workouts are enjoyable and easy on your ankles and joints, while still providing quite a burn!

MOBILITY DEFICIENCY

If you have any lack of movement in your body, this section is for the you. This section is not just for those who are paralyzed. I have explored every disability where you might experience lack of mobility and will provide exercises tailored just for you.

Strength Training

Gain some muscle and tone up! You don’t have to be a body builder to gain some muscle. You got this! You are strong!
