My Mission:

Turn Disabled Into Enabled.

Challenge your physical disabilities like never before and discover the importance of physical, mental, and nutritional health.

Levels of Fitness

Physical activity does not have to be strenuous to achieve a major change. Health benefits can be gained through moderate amounts of physical activity. Look at the facts. People with disabilities are less likely to engage in daily, day to day physical activities, yet despite the disability our body still needs the same activity to promote health just as any other. What holds us back? Limited Range of Mobility, High Impact Workouts, or just weakness.

150

Minutes PER WEEK is all it takes

to achieve your goal. That’s right. Staying healthy does not mean that you have to run marathons or go to the gym for four hours a day. The CDC recommends 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate physical activity. We can narrow it down to 1 hour and 15 minutes of intense activity a week as well. 2 or more of these days should be dedicated to strength training.

Remember: Some activity is better than none!

0%

percent guilt

that you will have after ending a workout or eating a nutritious meal. Your body will thank you!

Nutrition

Shopping and meal prepping foods is not exactly ideal when you have a physical or mental disability. In this case, we need to take extra precaution to maintain proper condition. Malnutrition can worsen your disability. Fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help decrease functional limitations with people with a disability. Click here for more information.

Get Involved

It is so much easier when you have a supportive community to keep you motivated. When you see other people just like you staying healthy, it should make you say, "wow, I can do that too.” One step at a time, we can make a huge impact. We would love for you to be a part of this community and get involved.
